The hosting service records technical access information such as an IP address, time, requested page, response status, transferred bytes, referring page and browser user-agent. These logs are used to keep the website secure, investigate errors and availability problems, and produce limited aggregate operational reporting.

Raw website logs are retained for 30 days with archive pruning enabled. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. The current website does not use browser analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, local storage, session storage, fingerprinting or session replay.

The interim basis used for essential security and operational logging is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. This wording remains subject to final legal review.

When you email hello@eliotwebb.co.uk, the message, your address, its headers and anything you choose to include are processed through Zoho Mail so the enquiry can be answered and, where relevant, steps can be taken before an engagement. Do not send sensitive or confidential information until appropriate terms are in place.

Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the conversation, an engagement or applicable business and legal records. Final retention periods and provider-transfer wording are still being reviewed.

The website is hosted on the StrategyFive cPanel/LiteSpeed server environment using Krystal infrastructure. Email is provided by Zoho Mail. There is currently no embedded booking service, contact form, browser analytics service or public-page monitoring script.

Provider contracts, subprocessors, support access and any international-transfer wording are being reviewed for the final notice.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, or to object to processing. Contact hello@eliotwebb.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

This notice will be updated when the final data map is approved or if booking, monitoring, search-owner tools or browser measurement are introduced. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
